Exchanges and Returns


  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that this time can be extended in case of public holidays, periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, sales, etc.), or exceptional events (strikes, bad weather, natural disasters).
  • Our standard delivery times are between 10 and 20 business days (excluding processing times).
  • We work with the carriers USPS, UPS, & DHL.

  • Please note that depending on your geographical location, external fees (Customs, etc.) may be applied. All external costs are to be paid by the customer.

Important: The processing time of your order starts the day after your order is placed.


We do our best to offer you the best products and service possible. However, sometimes the product received may not be suitable for you. You have the ability to return it to us.

Conditions of returns:

You have 100 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your items with a tracking number. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, the protective labels and stickers must be intact, and the items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Please also note that:

  • Any item returned within 30 days will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Any item returned between 30 and 100 days will be refunded in the form of a voucher that can be used throughout the store.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
